The authors study a class of infinite dimensional differential inclusions subject to state constraints. In particular, the differential inclusion under consideration is \[ \dot{x} \in Ax +F(t,x), \] where the operator \(A\) is the infinitesimal generator of a strongly continuous semigroup and \(F\) is a set-valued map. Under an inward pointing condition they prove a relaxation result stating that the set of trajectories lying in the interior of the constraint is dense in the set of constrained trajectories of the convexified inclusion \[ \dot{x} \in Ax +\bar{co}F(t,x). \] The final part is devoted to some applications involving PDEs and integro-differential equations.
