The authors study bases of Jacobi polynomials in (F)- and (DF)-spaces of entire functions of slow growth which are defined as projective or inductive limits of weighted \(L_ 2\)-spaces. As an application they characterize the analyticity and entireness domains of general fractional Jacobi operators.
