A double demi-p-lattice is a bounded distributive lattice L with unary operations *: \(L\to L\), \(+: L\to L\) where * is a demi-pseudocomplement and \(+\) satisfies the dual rules of *. It is shown that double demi-p- lattices satisfy, as a variety, the congruence extension property.
