The author considers a class of pseudodifferential operators of variable order and quasi-homogeneous type, acting on weighted Sobolev spaces. The related calculus applies to boundary value problems of parabolic type. The results, which were announced in a preceding note of the author [Sov. Math., Dokl. 25, 132-135 (1982); translation from Dokl. Akad. Nauk SSSR 262, 804-807 (1982; Zbl 0497.35085)], are presented and proved here with good preciseness of style.
