A conservative matrix A is said to be boundedly inefficient (completely inefficient) provided that no bounded divergent sequence (no divergent sequence) is summable by A. In the paper sufficient conditions are given for a positive normal conservative matrix to be boundedly inefficient and completely inefficient, respectively.
