Consider the differential equation \[ \dot{x} = f(t,x), \tag{1} \] where \(f:\mathbb{R}\times\mathbb{R}^{n}\to \mathbb{R}^{n}\) is measurable and essentially locally bounded. Let \(F(t,x)\) be the smallest closed convex set containing all limit values of the vector function \(f(t,y)\) as \(y\) tends to \(x\), where \(y\) spans almost a whole neighborhood of the point \(x\). A vector-function \(x(t)\) defined on a non-degenerate interval \(I\subset\mathbb{R}\) is called a Filippov solution of (1), if it is absolutely continuous on any subinterval \([t_{1},t_{2}]\) of \(I\) and if it for almost all \(t\in I\) satisfies the differential inclusion \[ \dot{x} \in F(t,x). \] If for any \(t\in\mathbb{R}\) it holds \(0\in F(t,0),\) then \( x =0\) is called an equilibrium of (1). The authors prove some convergence and stability results for system (1) by means of a regular Lyapunov function: \(V:\mathbb{R}\times\mathbb{R}^{n}\to \mathbb{R}\) is a regular function satisfying \(V(t,0) = 0\) for any \(t\in \mathbb{R},\) and there exists a continuous nondecreasing function \(u:\mathbb{R}_{+}\to\mathbb{R}_{+}\) such that \(V(t,x)\geq u(\|x\|),\) where \(u(s)\) is positive for \(s >0, u(0) = 0\) and \(u(s)\to +\infty\) as \(s\to +\infty.\)
