Expression of a tensor commutation matrix in terms of the generalized Gell-Mann matrices (Q925370)

The author expresses the tensor commutation matrix \(n\otimes n\) as linear combination of the tensor products of generalized Gell-Mann matrices. The sections contain: Tensor product of matrices, generalized Gell-Mann matrices, tensor commutation matrices, and in Section 5, the author derives formulas for tensor commutation matrices \(3\otimes 2\) and \(2\otimes 3\), natually in terms of the classical Gell-Mann matrices and the Pauli matrices.
