The Bohr-Sommerfeld conditions are related to formal deformation quantization via the study of star product adapted to some Lagrangian submanifold \(L\). Here, a star product \(*\) of \(X\) is called adapted to \(L\), if the classical vanishing ideal \({\mathcal I}_L= \{f\in{\mathcal A}\mid f|L= 0\}\), \({\mathcal A}= C^\infty(X)\), remains a \(*\)-left ideal \({\mathcal I}_L={\mathcal I}_L [[\lambda]]\). The Bohr-Sommerfeld condition \[ {1\over 2\pi\lambda} i ^*_L\theta- {\pi\over 2}\mu+ \kappa+ O(\lambda)\in H^1_{dR}(L,\mathbb{Z}), \] is the condition for the existence of a joint asymptotic eigenvector of the semiclassical integrable system \(\widehat H_1,\dots,\widehat H_k\). Here \(L_E\) is the Liouville torus, \(-d\theta=\omega\) the standard symplectic structure, \(\mu\) is the Maslov class and \(\kappa\) is the subprincipal symbol. Up to higher-order terms, this condition coincides with the prequantization condition \[ {1\over 2\pi\lambda} i^*_L\theta- {\pi\over 2}\mu\in H^1_{dR}(L, \mathbb{Z}), \] of a Lagrangian submanifold \(i_L: L\hookrightarrow T^*Q\) with respect to \(\omega\), in order to be the microsupport of some oscillatory distribution on \(Q\). By using Fedosov's construction, the bijection between adapted equivalence classes of \(L\)-adapted deformation quantizations and relative formal \({\omega\over\lambda}\)-deformations \[ \lambda^{-1}[\omega]+ H^2_{dR}(X.L)[[\lambda]], \] is constructed (\S3, Th.~1). Since an equivalence \(S\) between star products \(*\), \(*'\) both adapted to \(L\) is adapted if \(\delta H^2_{dr}(L)= \{0\}\subset H^2_{dR}(X, L)\) (Lemma 2), this relates the above prequantization condition to formal deformation quantization together with the expression of Maslov class \[ \mu= 2i^*_L \text{tr}_{\mathbb{C}}(\nabla)*_F)- \nabla(*_F')), \] where \(\nabla(*_F)\) is the symplectic connection inside the Fedosov star product \(*\) (\S4). There is an alternative way to relate Bohr-Sommerfeld conditions to deformation quantization by using symbol calculus of oscillatory integrals [\textit{R. Nest} and \textit{B. Tsygin}, Mosc. Math. J. 4, No. 4, 911--940 (2004; Zbl 1116.53052), 982, cf. Appendix]. Some remarks on the symbol calculus of quantization are given in \S5, the last section, and the author expects a relation of the \(*\)-product to mirror symmetry [cf. \textit{P. Bressler} and \textit{Y. Soibelman}, J. Math. Phys. 45, No.~10, 3972--3982 (2004; Zbl 1071.53053)].
