[For part I cf. the authors, J. Algebra 312, No. 2, 733-754 (2007; Zbl 1124.16009).] Let \(H\) be a Hopf algebra over a commutative ring \(k\) and let \(E\) be an \(H\)-comodule \(k\)-algebra. Using pre-cosimplicial groups a group \(\mathbf H^0(H,E)\) and a pointed set \(\mathbf H^1(H,E)\) are constructed. The authors also propose the notion of \((H,E)\)-Hopf torsor and prove that the equivalence classes of such torsors are in one-to-one correspondence with \(\mathbf H^1(H,E)\). If \(H\) is a Hopf algebra of functions on a finite group \(G\), then these objects are isomorphic to the classical non-Abelian cohomology \(H^i(G,E^\times)\), \(i=0,1\), where \(E^\times\) is the group of invertible elements of \(E\).
