The paper deals with construction of Markov stochastic processes of interacting particle system in continuum. Based on the harmonic analysis and perturbation technique, generators of a \(C_0\) -semigroup in \(L^1\) spaces of functions on finite configuration space \(\Gamma_0\) with certain weighted Lebesgue-Poisson measures are considered. As dual objects, Markov processes are constructed on the class of measures on locally finite configurations \(\Gamma\), which are specified by the weighted Lebesgue-Poisson measures on \(\Gamma_0\). As an application of this scheme, a model of Glauber-type stochastic dynamics in continuum is constructed, where the birth of points is independent and uniformly distributed, and the competition between points via a proper death rates are introduced.
