The authors study the Liénard-type system \[ {dx(t)\over dt}= -h(x(t))+ y(t)+ Q_1(t), \] \[ {dy(t)\over dt}= -y(t)- [g_0(x(t))- h(x(t))]- \sum^m_{j=1} g_j(x(t- \tau_j(t)))+ Q_2(t), \] where \(Q_1\) is a differentiable function on \(\mathbb{R}\), \[ h(x)= \int^x_0 [f(u)- 1]\,du,\quad y={dx\over dt}+ h(x)+ Q_1(x),\;Q_2(t)= p(t)- Q_1(t)- Q_1'(t), \] \(f\) and \(g_j\) \((j= 0,\dots, m)\) are continuous functions on \(\mathbb{R}\) and \(\tau_j\) \((j= 1,\dots, m)\) and \(p\) are almost periodic functions on \(\mathbb{R}\). They find certain conditions on these functions under which the system has exactly one positive almost periodic and globally exponentially stable solution.
