The main result of the paper is the following multivariate identity [already announced in Electron. J. Comb. 11, No. 2, Research paper R19 (2004-2005; Zbl 1082.05012), Remark, p. 10]: \[ \sum_{r_1,\dots,r_m\leq n} \prod_{k=1}^m \binom{n-r_k}{r_{k+1}} \frac{(-1)^{r_k}}{(1+x_k)^{r_k+r_{k+1}}} = \frac{1-x_1^{n+1}\dots x_m^{n+1}}{1-x_1\dots x_m} \prod_{k=1}^m (1+x_k)^{-n}, \] where \(r_{m+1}=r_1\). Special cases of this formula are then used to derive various multivariate identities, including those mentioned in the title.
