The authors obtain a numerical quadrature for the integration of the oscillatory integrals \[ \int_{a}^{b}f(x)J_{\mu}(rx)dx\quad\text{ and }\quad \int_{a}^{b}f(x)\cos(r_{1}x)J_{\mu}(r_{2}x)dx, \] where \(J_{\mu}(rx)\) is the Bessel function of first kind and of order \(\mu\) (\(\mu\), \(r\), \(r_{1}\), \(r_{2}\) are arbitrary positive real numbers). Two families of methods are given. One is based on a truncation of the asymptotic series and the other is extending an approach in the work of Levin. More detailed analysis of the two approaches and means for estimation of numerical error are presented in the paper.
