    Let \(\omega\) be a radial weight in the sense of Beurling--Björk and let \(k\) be a positive function on \({\mathbb R}^n\) with the property that there exists a constant \(N\) such that \(k(x+y) \leq e^{N\omega(x)}k(y)\) for all \(x,y\in {\mathbb R}^n\). \(S_{\omega}\) denotes the Fréchet space of all infinitely differentiable functions \(f\) on \({\mathbb R}^n\) with \[ \sup_{x\in {\mathbb R}^n}\left|\partial ^{\alpha} f(x)\right| e^{\lambda \omega(x)} < \infty \text{ and } \sup_{x\in {\mathbb R}^n}\left|\partial ^{\alpha} \widehat{f}(x)\right| e^{\lambda \omega(x)} < \infty \] for all multi-indices \(\alpha\) and all positive \(\lambda\). If \(E\) is a Banach space, then \(S^\prime_{\omega}(E) = L_b(S_{\omega},E)\) is the space of \(E\)-valued tempered ultradistributions and, for \(1\leq p \leq \infty\), the vector-valued Hörmander-Beurling space \(B_{p,k}(E)\) consists of those \(T\in S^\prime_{\omega}(E)\) for which there exists a function \(f\in L_{p,k}(E)\) such that \[ \left\langle \widehat{\varphi}, T\right\rangle = \int_{{\mathbb R}^n}\varphi(x) f(x)\, dx. \] It is a Banach space with the norm \[ \| T\|_{p,k} = \left((2\pi)^{-n}\int_{{\mathbb R}^n}\| k(x) \widehat{T}(x)\|^P dx\right)^{\frac{1}{p}}. \] The corresponding local version on an open set \(\Omega\) of \({\mathbb R}^n\) is the Fréchet space \(B^{{\text loc}}_{p,k}(\Omega,E)\), while the (algebraic) subspace of \(B_{p,k}(E)\) consisting of those compactly supported ultradistributions is the (LB)-space \(B^c_{p,k}(\Omega,E)\). Theorem. Let \(E\) be a Banach space whose dual has the Radon--Nikodým property. Then \(B^{{\text loc}}_{p,\frac{1}{\tilde{k}}}(\Omega,E^\prime)\) is isomorphic to \(\big(B^c_{p,k}(\Omega,E)\big)^\prime_b\). As a consequence, some sequence space representations of Hörmander--Beurling type spaces are given.
