The main purpose of the paper is to construct and to investigate Pfaffian point processes relevant for the representation theory and for the harmonic analysis on the infinite symmetric group. It turns out that such processes are determined by \(z\)-measures with Jack parameters \(\theta=2\) and \(\theta=1/2\). The fact that these measures play a role in harmonic analysis was established by Olshanski. Due to the fact that \(z\)-measures with Jack parameters \(\theta=2\) and \(\theta=1/2\) are related to each other in a very simple way (Proposition 2.2 of the present paper) it is enough to consider a point process defined by the \(z\)-measure with the Jack parameter \(\theta=2\). The main result of this paper is an explicit computation of the correlation functions for this measure. The author proves that the correlation functions of the processes are given by Pfaffian formulas with \(2\times 2\) matrix valued kernel. The kernel is constructed in terms of the Gauss hypergeometric functions. This result holds for all values of admissible complex parameters \(z\), \(z'\). In [\textit{A. Borodin} and \textit{G. Olshanski}, Probab. Theory Relat. Fields 135, No.~1, 84--152 (2006; Zbl 1105.60052)], the asymptotic behavior of \(z\)-measures with the Jack parameter \(\theta=1\) was studied. It turns out that these measures admit nontrivial scaling limits which have a representation theoretic origin. In this context one of the main problems is the investigation of limits of the \(z\)-measure as the parameter \(\xi\) approaches the critical value 1 (parameters \(z\), \(z'\) being fixed). In the case of the \(z\)-measure with the Jack parameter \(\theta=1\), these limits were studied in [Borodin and Olshanski (2006), loc. cit.] and [\textit{A. Borodin} and \textit{G. Olshanski}, Adv. Math. 194, No.~1, 141--202 (2005; Zbl 1128.60301)]. The main result of the present paper opens up the possibility to investigate similar scaling limit transitions for \(z\)-measures with the Jack parameter \(\theta=2\).
