A normalized volume in \(n\)-dimensional space is a Euclidean volume multiplied by \(n!\). Is the normalized volume of lattice polytopes for a fixed degree \(d\) and the number \(i\) of interior lattice points bounded by some constant that depend only on \(d\) and \(i\)? V. V. Batyrev conjectured that the answer to this question is positive in all dimensions. A theorem of Scott gives a solution for the case \(d=2\) in two-dimensional case. In current paper the authors show that that the conjecture holds for \(d=2\) in all dimensions. In particular, there is only a finite number of quadratic polynomials with fixed leading coefficient being the \(h^*\)-polynomial of a lattice polytope.
