The author considers the minimal period estimates for brake orbits of nonlinear symmetric Hamiltonian systems. He proves that if Hamiltonian function is super-quadratic and convex, for every positive number \(t\) there exists at least one \(t\)-periodic brake orbit with minimal period \(t\) or \(t/2\).
