Quantum isometry groups of the Podles spheres (Q971793)

The quantum group of orientation and volume preserving isometries was introduced in [\textit{J. Bhowmick} and \textit{D. Goswami}, J. Funct. Anal. 257, No. 8, 2530--2572 (2009; Zbl 1180.58005)] as a noncommutative analogue of the group of Riemannian isometries of a compact Riemannian manifold. The purpose of this paper is to show that, for \(\mu \in (0, 1)\) and \(c \geq 0\), \(SO_\mu(3)\) can be identified as the group of orientation and volume preserving isometries for the spectral triples on Podles spheres \(S^2_{\mu, c}\) constructed in [\textit{L. Dabrowski, F. D'Andrea, G. Landi} and \textit{E. Wagner}, J. Noncommut. Geom. 1, No.~2, 213--239 (2007; Zbl 1121.58008)].
