The paper under review deals with a geometric representation of the algebra of supersymmetry as an algebra of Killing fields on a supermanifold. Recall that the spin bundle \(S(M_0)\) of a (pseudo)-Riemannian spin manifold \((M_0, g, S(M_0))\) canonically defines a supermanifold \(M= (M_0,{\mathcal A}_M)\) whose sheaf of superfunctions \({\mathcal A}_M\) is isomorphic to the sheaf of sections of the exterior algebra \(\Lambda(S^*(M_0))\) of \(S^*(M_0)\). Supermanifolds of this type have been studied for example in the paper of \textit{F. Klinker} [Commun. Math. Phys. 255, No. 2, 419--467 (2005; Zbl 1076.53061)]. If \(M_0= G_0/H\) is a homogeneous reductive (pseudo)-Riemannian spin manifold then every adapted algebra of sypersymmetry \({\mathfrak g}={\mathfrak g}_{\overline 0}+{\mathfrak g}_{\overline 1}={\mathfrak g}_0+ S\) defines a structure of homogeneous supermanifold \(G/H\) on \(M\). Here, \(G\) is a Lie supergroup associated with the super Harish-Chandra pair \((G_0,{\mathfrak g})\) via the Kostant-Koszul construction. The associated Killing representation of the algebra of supersymmetry \(\widehat\varphi:{\mathfrak g}\to \text{Der}_{\mathbb{R}}(\Lambda(S^*(M_0)))\) recognizes Killing vectors and generalized Killing spinors as ``values'' of even and odd Killing fields. The author obtains an explicit description of the above representation. Moreover, the author gives the super-version of the classical theory of invariant connections on a homogeneous manifold and shows that the generalized spin connection \(\nabla^S\) defines a \(G\)-invariant superconnection on \(M= G/H\).
