Addison-type series representation for the Stieltjes constants (Q983303)

The author generalizes a method of Addison in several directions. He uses this method to the calculus of Euler constant \(\gamma=\gamma_0\) and shows its application to the finding series representations for these constants. The author proves that the technique of Addison can be applied to the Stieltjes constants \(\gamma_k\) of the Riemann zeta-function, and extends its to \(\gamma_k(a)\) for the Hurwitz zeta-function. Also, the author develops a set of parameterized series representation using the step-wise functions.
