The authors investigate the existence of one or three positive periodic solutions of the differential equation \[ x^{(n)}(t)+a(t)x(t)=f(t,x(\sigma(t)),x(\rho(t))), \] where \(n\) is an integer multiple of \(4\), \(a,\sigma,\rho, f\) are continuous and \(\log\)-periodic with \(f(\cdot)\geq 0\). This equation can be advanced, retarded, multiple delayed, or ordinary differential equation due to the sign changes of \(t-\sigma(t)\) and \(t-\rho(t)\). Some sufficient criteria are derived by applying the Krasnoselskii and Legget-William fixed point theorems.
