Let \(T\) be a selfadjoint operator in a Hilbert space \({\mathcal H}\) and \(d\Gamma(T)\) the corresponding second quantization operator \(d\Gamma(T)\) on the Fock space \({\mathcal F}({\mathcal H}) := \oplus_{n=0}^{\infty} \otimes_n {\mathcal H}\). In the paper under review, it is shown in an abstract setting that, if \(T\) satisfies the limiting absorption principle, then so does \(d\Gamma(T)\).
