The authors consider the following impulsive semilinear functional differential inclusion with infinite delay in Banach spaces: \[ y^{\prime }(t)\in Ay(t)+F(t,y_{t}),\;t\in [ 0,T]\backslash \{t_{1},\dots,t_{m}\}, \] \[ y(t_{k}^{+})=y(t_{k})+I_{k}(y(t_{k})),\;k=1,\dots,m, \] \[ y(t)=\widetilde{\psi }(t),\;t\leq 0;\;\widetilde{\psi }(0)\in \overline{D(A)}, \] where \(A:D(A)\subset E\rightarrow E\) is a Hille-Yosida operator generating a locally Lipschitz integrated semigroup \(\{V(t)\}_{t\geq 0}\). Assuming that the multivalued nonlinearity \(F\) of upper Carathèodory or almost lower semicontinuous type satisfies a regularity condition expressed in terms of the noncompactness measure, the authors obtain local and global existence results. Also, an application to an optimization problem for an impulsive control system is given.
