    For positive parameter \(\alpha\), consider the measure \( d \lambda_{\alpha}(z)=\frac{\alpha}{\pi}e^{-\alpha|z|^{2}}dA(z) \) on the complex plane \(\mathbb C\), where \(dA(z)\) is the ordinary area measure. The Fock space \(F_{\alpha}^{2}\) is the subspace (with inherited norm) of all entire functions in \(L^{2}({\mathbb C},d\lambda_{\alpha})\). The orthogonal projection \( P: L^{2}({\mathbb C},d\lambda_{\alpha}) \rightarrow F_{\alpha}^{2} \) is an integral operator of the form \( (Pf)(z)=\int_{{\mathbb C}}K(z,w)f(w)\,d\lambda_{\alpha}(w), \) where \(K(z,w)=e^{\alpha z\overline{w}}\). Therefore, for \(\varphi\in L^{\infty}({\mathbb C})\) the Toeplitz operator \( T_{\varphi}: F_{\alpha}^{2} \rightarrow F_{\alpha}^{2} \) defined in the standard way \(T_{\varphi}f=P(\varphi f)\), \(f\in F_{\alpha}^{2}\), can be written in integral form. This motivates the definition of Toeplitz operator on \(F_{\alpha}^{2}\) defined by the Borel measure \(\mu\) on \(\mathbb C\), namely, as an operator of the form \( (T_{\mu}f)(z) = \int_{{\mathbb C}} K(z,w)f(w)e^{-\alpha|w|^{2}}\,d\mu(w) \), \(z\in{\mathbb C}\). The purpose of the paper under review is to provide characterizations for \(T_{\mu}\) on \(F_{\alpha}^{2}\) to be bounded, compact, or in the Schatten \(p\)-classes.
