A characterization of inner product spaces related to the \(p\)-angular distance (Q990852)

The authors come up with a new characterization of inner product spaces related to the \(p\)-angular distance. \textit{L. Maligranda} [Am. Math. Mon. 113, No.~3, 256--260 (2006; Zbl 1135.51018)] produced a norm inequality that provides a suitable upper bound for the \(p\)-angular distance. This paper is a sequel of the authors recent paper [\textit{M. S. Moslehian} and \textit{J. M. Rassias}, Commun. Math. Anal. 8, No.~2, 16--21 (2010; Zbl 1194.46037)].
