Lack of differentiability of semigroups associated to delayed abstract thermoelastic systems
In recent years, we have seen the emergence of various problems and issues related to thermomechanical equations and systems with delay mechanisms.\N\NThis article proposes the study of two abstract problems that may contain, as examples, some issues related to thermoelasticity. These systems also feature powers between zero and one of operators that admit a sequence of eigenvalues tending to infinity.\N\NSome regularity properties (analyticity, Gevrey, differentiability, etc.) as well as decay rates (exponential, polynomial) for the semigroup associated with the solutions depending on the considered powers of the operator are studied. The qualitative behavior of the solutions is characterized depending on the aforementioned powers.
