Let T(x) be a smooth operator valued function satisfying certain regularity property. Assuming f(x) being a smooth function such that f(x)\(\in Rank(T(x))\) for all x the author proves that the equation \(T(x)e(x)=f(x)\) has a smooth solution e(x).
