Mixing of metastable diffusion processes with Gibbs invariant distribution
From MaRDI portal
The main topic of the paper is the study of mixing of metastable diffusion processes with Gibbs invariant distribution.\NThe total variation distance between the distribution of the diffusion process and its invariant distribution for any time scale larger than \(\epsilon^{-1}\) is computed. Also, a precise asymptotics for the mixing time is derived.
