Review text

A smooth system of control gives some foliation. The author finds some sufficient conditions for a system fully controlled on one fixed fiber to be fully controlled on fibers close to the fixed fiber. Fully controlled systems for a given value of the parameter are considered. The author also finds some sufficient conditions for a system to be fully controlled for parameters close to a fixed parameter.
