This short paper continues the investigations undertaken in [\textit{I. Yu. Zhdanovskij}, Vestn. Mosk. Univ. Matem. Mekhan., No. 1, 51-54 (2001; Zbl 1041.17025)]. The author proposes a classification of the orthogonal pairs of the Cartan subalgebras in a Lie algebra of type \(A_3\) and the maximal Abelian \(*\)-subalgebras in \(M_4(C)\).
