Permutative archimedean semigroups with idempotents
The paper investigates Archimedean permutative semigroups containing an idempotent element with some additional property (this property meets any Archimedean medial semigroup with a non-empty set of idempotents). Finally, it is shown that every Archimedean permutative semigroup containing an idempotent element is saturated. There are many interesting results, one of which is the following:\N\NCorollary 2.6. The following conditions on a semigroup \(S\) are equivalent:\N\N\(S\) is an Archimedean commutative semigroup with \(E_S \ne \emptyset\);\N\N\(S\) is a retract extension of an abelian group by a commutative nil-semigroup;\N\N\(S\) is a subdirect product of an abelian group and a commutative nil-semigroup;\N\N\(S\) is a commutative semilattice of unipotent epigroups and \(Reg(S)\) is an ideal of \(S\);\N\N\(S\) is a commutative semilattice of unipotent epigroups.
