This is a Corrigendum to the authors' paper in ibid. 16, 821-838 (2000; Zbl 0962.35183).NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINEIn the first line of Theorem 5.1, Proposition 5.5, and Proposition 5.6, the phrase `it is free of bound states' should be replaced by `\(V_2- c^2\) on \(\mathbb{R}^+\) is free of bound states'.
