On donne un énoncé assez technique qui contient comme cas particulier l'intéressant résultat suivant: Soient Y un compact de \({\mathbb{C}}^ n\), f une application continûment différentiable d'un voisinage de Y dans \({\mathbb{C}}^ n\), \(X=\{(z,f(z)): z\in Y\},\) \(E=\{a\in Y: \det f_{\bar z}(a)=0\},\) et \(\alpha \in)0,1(.\) Si les polynômes en z et f(z) sont partout denses dans \(Lip(\alpha,E),\) alors les polynômes en z et w (de 2n variables complexes) sont partout denses dans \(Lip(\alpha,X).\)- Un résultat analogue relatif à l'approximation uniforme a été établi par \textit{B. M. Weinstock} [Complex approximation, Proc., Quebec/Can. 1978, Prog. Math. 4, 83-89 (1980; Zbl 0449.32018)]. La démonstration combine les raisonnements d'un précédent papier des AA. [Math. Ann. 246, 225-232 (1980; Zbl 0445.32013)] avec la technique de Weinstock qui utilise les noyaux du type de Cauchy- Fantappié.
