Let \(\mathcal M = (P,L,\in,\sim)\) be a Moufang-Klingenberg plane coordinatized by a local alternative ring \(R\). The author proves that if \(\mathcal M\) is cohesive (i.e. any two points have at least one joining line and dually) with canonic image different from \(\mathrm{PG}(2,2)\), the group of projectivities of a line is generated by all permutations of the types: \(x\to x+t\) (\(t\in R\)), \(x\to cx\) (\(c\in R\), a unit) (resp. \(x\to xc\)) and \(x\to x^{-1}\). This generalizes a result of Schleiermacher for ordinary projective planes [\textit{A. Schleiermacher}, Nederl. Akad. Wet., Proc., Ser. A 68, Indagationes Math. 27, 482--496 (1965; Zbl 0185.24303)].
