On Saito-Kurokawa descent for congruence subgroups

Die ``Saito-Kurokawa-Korrespondenz zwischen Siegelschen Modulformen der Maaßschen Spezialschar vom Gewicht \(k\) und den elliptischen Modulformen vom Gewicht \(2k-2\) wird hier auf Spitzenformen zu Kongruenzuntergruppen ungerader quadratfreier Stufe ausgedehnt. Im wesentlichen verläuft der Beweis in den durch die Arbeiten von Maaß, Andrianov und Zagier vorgezeichneten Bahnen, nur die Isomorphie zwischen Jacobischen Spitzenformen und dem Kohnenschen ``+ Raum wird auf neuem Wege bewiesen, nämlich unter Zuhilfenahme von Poicaréreihen.
