The Perron-Frobenius theorem revisited
Eigenvalues, singular values, and eigenvectors (15A18) Algebraic systems of matrices (15A30) Norms of matrices, numerical range, applications of functional analysis to matrix theory (15A60) Positive matrices and their generalizations; cones of matrices (15B48) Positive linear operators and order-bounded operators (47B65) Groups and semigroups of linear operators (47D03)
The author extends the Perron-Frobenius theorem in the general setting of indecomposable semigroups of nonnegative matrices and shows that many properties revealed by this theorem hold simultaneously for these semigroups.
