Abstract: Let be a Cohen-Macaulay local ring of dimension and let be an -primary ideal. Let be the associated graded ring of wrt and let be the extended Rees ring of with respect to . Notice is a non-zero divisor on and . So we have extit{Bockstein operators} for . Since we have extit{Bockstein cohomology} modules for . In this paper we show that certain natural conditions on implies vanishing of some Bockstein cohomology modules.
