Abstract: We study a modular function which is one of generalized functions. We show and the modular invariant function generate the modular function field with respect to the modular subgroup . Further we prove that is integral over . From these results, we obtain that the value of at an imaginary quadratic point is an algebraic integer and generates a ray class field over the Hilbert class field.
The author studies special values of generalized \(\lambda\)-functions at imaginary quadratic points associated with a modular function. The author defines a modular function related to the Weierstrass \(\mathcal P\)-function with respect to a subgroup of the modular group. The author derives some identities and relations related to this function, modular forms and modular functions.
