This work aims to study the properties of equivalence relations between generalized frames (in-short \(g\)-frame). The author characterizes equivalent \(g\)-frames using equivalent ordinary frames. Also, distances between \(g\)-frames have been discussed. Finally, on near \(g\)-frames, the author defines a new metric and investigates some of its properties.
