Abstract: We observe that Kirchberg's QWEP conjecture is equivalent to the statement that $C^{\ast }(mathbbF)$ is elementarily equivalent to a QWEP C${}^{\ast }$ algebra. We also make a few other model-theoretic remarks about WEP and LLP C${}^{\ast }$ algebras.
