Abstract: Given integers , , and a vector such that , we study the topology of the moduli space of -stable tropical curves of genus with volume 1. The space is the dual complex of the divisor of singular curves in Hassett's moduli space of -stable genus curves . When , we show that is simply connected for all values of . We also give a formula for the Euler characteristic of in terms of the combinatorics of .
