Abstract: We consider Hermitian random band matrices on the -dimensional lattice , where the entries are independent centered complex Gaussian random variables with variances . The variance matrix has a banded profile so that is negligible if exceeds the band width . For dimensions , we prove the bulk eigenvalue universality of under the condition . Assuming that for a small constant , we also prove the quantum unique ergodicity for the bulk eigenvectors of and a sharp local law for the Green's function up to . The local law implies that the bulk eigenvector entries of are of order with high probability.
