Lipschitz regularity of almost minimizers in one-phase problems driven by the \(p\)-Laplace operator

The article provides a interesting study into the regularity properties of almost minimizers for the one-phase cavity-type problem ruled by the \(p\)-Laplacian. The authors establish uniform Lipschitz continuity of the almost minimizers acrros the free boundary, a result that extends known results for \(p = 2\) to a broader range for \(p\) that includes, in particular, the degenerate case \(p>2\).\N\NThe paper introduces techniques to handle the nonlinear nature of the \(p\)-Laplace operator, developing a dichotomy framework and utilize \(p\)-harmonic replacements, energy estimates, and oscillation arguments to prove their results.
