From MaRDI portal
Publication:688108
The authors give a purely algebraic proof of a recurrence formula of Neville-Aitken type for rational interpolants with prescribed poles. It is used for obtaining an interesting representation of Cauchy-Vandermonde determinant in terms of the nodes and poles involved.
