Archimedean Bump-Friedberg integrals on GL(4, R)
Other groups and their modular and automorphic forms (several variables) (11F55) Representation-theoretic methods; automorphic representations over local and global fields (11F70) Representations of Lie and linear algebraic groups over real fields: analytic methods (22E45) Semisimple Lie groups and their representations (22E46)
In their recent work, the authors have obtained explicit formulas for Whittaker functions on \(\mathrm{GL}(4, \mathbb{R})\) for all generic representations. In the paper under the review, the authors provide an application of those formulas to archimedean zeta integrals. Focus of the paper is on the Bump-Friedberg integrals, and the authors determine related test vectors for all generic representations of \(\mathrm{GL}(4, \mathbb{R})\).
