Tensor tomography for a set of generalized V-line transforms in R^2

From MaRDI portal
Publication:6941518

The goal of this article is to recover a symmetric \(m\)-tensor field \(f\) supported in a disk centered at the origin in \({\mathbb R}^2\), from its generalized V-line transforms. These include the longitudinal, transverse and mixed V-line transforms.\NThe article gives two explicit inversion formulas, one for general \(m\) and one for a 2-tensor field. The 2-tensor formula requires less data.
