The dual codes of negacyclic BCH codes of length q^m+12
From MaRDI portal

The concept of negacyclic dually-BCH codes is proposed in this paper and using this the dual codes of narrow-sense negacyclic BCH codes of length \(\frac{q^{m}+1}{2}\) over the finite field \(\mathbb F_q\) are studied in case when \(q\equiv 3\pmod 4\). Some lower bounds on the minimum distances of the dual codes are established, and using some examples it has been shown that these are very close to the true minimum distances of the dual codes.
