The theory of classes of finite groups began with the work by \textit{V. Gaschütz} [Math. Z., 80, 300--305 (1963; Zbl 0111.24402)], who introduced the notion of a formation of finite solvable groups and by \textit{B. Hartley} [Proc. Lond. Math. Soc. (3) 19, 193--207 (1969; Zbl 0169.34201)] who carried these concepts over to the Sylow level in the form of local Fitting classes.\N\N\textit{A. N. Skiba} and \textit{L. A. Shemetkov} [Dokl. Nats. Akad. Nauk Belarusi 43, No. 4, 5--8 (1999; Zbl 1039.20504)] generalized the local approach by introducing \(\omega\)-local (partially local) formations and partially compositional formations of finite groups: local conditions are imposed only on the primes belonging to an arbitrary non-empty set~\(\omega\). More recently, \textit{A. N. Skiba} [Probl. Fiz. Mat. Tekh. 2018, No. 1(34), 79--82 (2018; Zbl 1388.20030)] developed the \(\sigma\)-theory of finite groups, where \(\sigma\) is a partition of the set of all prime numbers and constructed \(\sigma\)-local formations of finite groups.\N\NIn the paper under review, the \(\sigma\)-approach is applied to the construction of certain Fitting classes of multi-operator \(T\)-groups that possess the composition series.
