An \(AG^{**}\)-groupoid is an \(AG\)-groupoid satisfying \[s\cdot(tw)=t\cdot(sw).\] \NAn \(AG^{**}\)-groupoid \(A\) is called a \(\mathcal{CR}\)-\(AG^{**}\)-groupoid if for each \(a\in A\), there is \(b\in A\) such that \(a=(ab)a\) and \(ab=ba\). \N\NIn this work, the relation \(\mathcal{Q}\) on the \(\mathcal{CR}\)-\(AG^{**}\)-groupoid is defined and the fact that \(\mathcal{Q}=\mathcal{H}\) is proved. Section 2 begins with characterizations for any \(\mathcal{CR}\)-\(AG^{**}\)-groupoid to be a \(\mathcal{CJ}\)-\(AG^{**}\)-groupoid via an idempotent generator. On the other hand, in Theorems 2.8 and 2.9 and Corollary 2.10, necessary and sufficient conditions for a \(\mathcal{CR}\)-\(AG^{**}\)-groupoid to be a \(\mathcal{CJ}\)-\(AG^{**}\)-groupoid by quasi-ideals and principal quasi-ideals are determined.
