Abstract: We prove that if $mathbbA$ is an algebra that is supernilpotent with respect to the $2$-term higher commutator, and $mathbbB$ is a subalgebra of $mathbbA$, then $mathbbB$ is representable as a retract of a finite subdirect power of $mathbbA$.
